30 Days

There’s the 30 day squat challenge, the 30 day cleanse, the Whole30 diet – the list goes on and on. While these 30 day challenges are great to get into shape or rid your body of toxins, I want to try a new type of 30 day challenge. A challenge where the benefits extend beyond myself as an individual. A challenge that will make a positive impact. A challenge that will make the world a better place. A challenge that will help leave the planet in a better state for the generations to come.

Over the course of the next few months and potentially longer, I am going to challenge myself to 30 days of action. Each month a new action, big or small to move towards a sustainable lifestyle.
